Thank you for shopping at SatoruGojoLLC, operated by SATORU GOJO LLC. Because we sell digital, downloadable products (ebooks and other digital content), our refund policy differs from that of a physical goods store. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on this Site are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final, except in the limited circumstances described below.

2. When We Offer a Refund

We will issue a full or partial refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error;
  • The Digital Product file is corrupted, defective, or you are unable to access/download it, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised;
  • Required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g., certain EU/UK cooling-off rules do not typically apply to digital content once download has begun, but we will honor legally mandated rights where applicable).

3. When We Do NOT Offer a Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after downloading the product;
  • Failure to read the product description prior to purchase;
  • Incompatibility with software/devices that was disclosed in the product description;
  • Requests made more than [7/14] days after purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you did not receive your download link or access to your purchased Digital Product, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder.
  2. Confirm the email address used at checkout is correct.
